Hillary Clinton will argue that Donald Trump is “fundamentally unfit” to be president in a speech Thursday detailing what she sees as the dangers of the presumptive Republican nominee’s approach to national security.

The Democratic presidential candidate and former secretary of state plans to lay out specific policy concerns while also casting the stakes of the general election in broader terms, senior policy adviser Jake Sullivan said in a preview of the speech. Clinton will deliver the remarks in San Diego at the start of a five-day trip to California.
